Download the file, then go to the website: playingcards.io At that website, you scroll to the bottom and click "custom game". Then, you click "start game" and should be brought to an open board with a game set up. After clicking on "enter", click on the briefcase on the left-hand side and at the bottom of the screen there should be a label "room options". Click on that label, then click on "import from file" and select the downloaded file.
